The "Nehgz Hub" platform is a cloud-based (SaaS) system that provides technical tools for managing reservations, appointments, and customers. It is dedicated to business owners (operators) such as women's salons, workshops, and chalets.

2. Subscriber Obligations (Business Owner)

• Data Accuracy: The subscriber acknowledges that all information provided during registration is correct and up to date.
• Lawful Use: The subscriber undertakes not to use the platform for any illegal purpose or that violates the privacy of their customers.
• Account Responsibility: The subscriber is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity conducted through their account.

3. Intellectual Property

The platform and all its content, including software, interfaces, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of "Nehgz Hub".

The subscriber is granted a non-exclusive license to use the system only for the duration of the paid subscription.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• The service is activated immediately upon payment of the agreed subscription fees.
• The platform reserves the right to modify package prices, provided that the subscriber is notified at least 30 days before the renewal date.
